Yes I've been instructted by the nutrtionist to trial the HCL tablets which I will be doing today or tomorrow.

I've been told to take one shortly before dinner. Wait 5 minutes and keep going like this until I feel warmth in the stomach. I suppose this will give some indication if I'm producing enough stomach acid normally.

p.s have done this test now and I noticed a warmth after just one tablet. Reported the results back. Not sure if this is my problem?
