Thanks Grizz, that's very useful information, I think I will very slowly continue upwards and see how far I can get. It is impossible for me to get a diagnosis of Hashimotos in the uk at present, you have to be really really ill before the NHS doctors will listen, and even then they rarely if ever test for antibodies because in their opinion the treatment will be the same for all thyroid disease - synthroid or levothyroxine so it's do it yourself here, lol. However, I am quite sure I have Hashimoto's and low adrenals as well. Many thanks again, sue Tweet
