Hello everyone,
I've been changing my diet for approx 2months now (gluten free, milk products free, fruits, vegetables, rice, meat and eggs)
I did some lactofermented veggies too.
Light sport almost everyday.
I've been adding those supplements :
-probiotics
-sea weed (3times a day)
-fish oils(3times a day)
-cod liver oil
-digestive enzymes with each meal
I felt like i was on the right way for the first month, no need to sleep after meals, nice digestion, energy all day long, a lot of hair regrowth, thicker hair, it was crazy !
But a few days before my periods i started to be very tired again, with a lot of hair loss, very concentrated and dark urine, sweat that smells bad.
I was happy at first bc i thought that my body finaly had the energy and what he needed to detox, but even after my periods i'm still very tired and cold and my skin and hair are dry like never...i lost a lot of hair, digestion is difficult, i feel hypo
I don't understand what happened, the only thing i changed is i stopped the digestive enzymes. (maybe it helped the
Iodine and other nutrients absorption ?)
When i started this diet for me it was all about fixing the gut to fix all the body, but now i feel that my thyroid is preventing me from healing.
What do you think ?
(ps : i have an appointment for an echography of the thyroid in a week bc i always have a hard time to swallow, like theres something in my throat, i did an endoscopy which showed all was ok, so maybe my thyroid is enlarged)
