No, the point is that a person who is just starting to look is mostly going to use the word "zapper" because that is what they were told in many cases. At the bottom of the search results, Google offers a list of suggested search terms but they exclude medical zappers, Hulda Clark zappers, parasite zappers, and anything related from that list. They are trying to hide these terms from users.

I have been using the internet since its beginning so I am highly aware of how to search.

My complaint is that Google is manipulating the information available to users. It is not just zappers but since that is my interest, that is the example that I used.
