Re: Iodine long term dosage

Thank you Grizz, I have read a lot of your posts and you certainly know your stuff! I live in the southwest of England - we do not have fluoride added to the water and I have been gluten free for many years so I do not eat bread, but I believe bromine is not added to flour here anyway. I have an inline water filter that removes 95% of chlorine. Having said all that, I think hallides are leaving the body, mainly urine odour which doesn't bother me, I had a mild kidney ache which eases with Himalayan salt water, also mild heat/sweat mainly after my evening meal which I think is adrenal related?, So, my next question is, are hallides are being displaced even at the low dose of Iodine I am taking which is 4mg do date? I am slowly working up to 6mg. Thanks again, hope you can shed some light for me.
