Most would agree that there are 3 main ways to lose the weight we all desperately want to lose: Eating Right. Exercise. Diet. All add surgery, but not really. So mainly the first three.
I'd say the first two is a must. There's no getting around it. The exercise doesn't have to be something drastic. Just do something small, and make it consistent.
No Diet will help much if not accompanied by the first two. I've had a on again off again relationship with diets. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. Good luck.
