I have decided to increase my dose of Lugols again and have now taken 150mg with no ill effect. Somebody else told me I wasn't getting ill effects/detox because i most likely wasn't absorbing the iodine. I don't know, and this scares me. I have no time to mess around now.
I am trying to take heart from the fact that I have had, on and off, various signs that the Iodine is affecting my body, so I MUST be absorbing it.
I have nothing to lose anyway, so will be trying to increase the dose to 200 or 300 mg along with all the companion nutrients of course and keeping up the coffee enemas and juices etc.
I do wonder if the enemas are what's helping me not have bad detox - I had been doing them for months before starting the Iodine and know for a fact that my liver is far less congested now than it was before. I couldn't jump for longer than 5 minutes on my rebounder before the pain in my liver was excruciating. Now I can do a full 15 minutes with no pain.

I am researching the Colloidal Silver some more - thank you for the heads up on that one - it is something I had forgotten about.
