I've been finding german chamomile quite helpful too (essential oil on the feet at bedtime), and of course lemon melissa and frakincense.
Also working against T1D here, it keeps hitting the sleep hard. On fruit/veg only, I keep finding my brainfunction going down and muscles getting weak.
How's your perception on fulvic/humic (Aka shijat)? I have been using it for 3 months now, and recently upped the dosage to find my sense of smell and mood rather improved.
Still exploring the herbal side of life here, loving neem, though I find without plenty of magnesium these days everything stops up.
