I really enjoy reading your posts on this forum because they bring me such great amusement.

If you check, fruit contains on average around 1% of incomplete protein. That means that you would have to eat enormous quantities to fulfil a humans daily protein requirements. That also means a lot of sugar/starch and carbohydrates.

I estimate that you need to eat at least 80 Bananas per day to get even a minimum amount of the required protein. If you suggest to any body builder that they eat fruit to build muscle they will laugh at you!

It's protein that your immune system reacts to which causes the problems. Fruit protein with it's poor suitability to human needs and therefore it's difference to human tissue is why it causes less reaction. The protein content is also very low and that is partly why your immune system is not reacting and causing pain and exhaustion.

I like Bananas and eat a number of them each day but I would not live on them.

To avoid an immune reaction you would be better off using amino acids or some form of pre-digested protein. It would probably be cheaper than piles of fruit and provide the amino acids that your body needs to function. Fruit is very low in the amino acids needed to produce Gluthione.
