Based on my experience, I think you are going to be very pleased with your results.

For several years I had a granddaughter and great granddaughter living with me. Someone would get the sniffles and I would get the cool mist humidifier going and run it 24 hours daily in the living room. Sniffles never got worse and was gone in one day. Every one stayed well for years. My granddaughter was a medically trained RN. She was originally suspicious of my natural stuff. She is a believer now.
