Take a spray bottle of coloidal silver. Next take a piece of toilet paper about 1 foot long. Fold in half then roll up to about 3/8 inch thick. Saturate with 10% coloidal silver. Place length wise in butt crack over anal opening and press in fairly tight. This will alleviate itching most of the night so you can sleep. I KNOW this works for pinworm. Also you can spray after washing on other parts for immediate itching relief, my mother can attest to this. She's 83. Don't worry the paper will fall out when you have a bowel movement. Just clean yourself real well first before you lay another in. Also I use Reasure cleansing clothes after every bowel movement to give a realy clean butt. Hope this helps!
