Re: Why black seed oil should be cold pressed from the whole seed...

Hi,
I am a producer of cold pressed black seed oil. The method is not painstaking. It just means you get less oil per hour and less oil from the seed you press. If you increase the speed you get more oil from each kilo and it comes faster.
You will notice a distinct difference in the taste with an oil that has been pressed on a slow speed to one that has been pressed on a fast speed.
I am now producing in Turkey.
I was amazed to find out last week that all the companies I bought from in Turkey are mixing their oil with cooking oil.
Cooking oil is produced in a very unhealthy method which is why no one would want to drink a teaspoon of the oil.
I knew that they were doing this in Turkey but that every company do it????????!!!!!!!!
I have to say it was only from every company I found in the health stores in Izmit. That were 10 different companies.

Cold pressed is simple and the healthy way to produce blackseed oil.
