Well, I was just reading mo's little tit for tat information on her forum claiming that only experts can dole out advice (sheesh) and that cold pressed oil is not important.

How very wrong she is!!!

Now if we go back to the history of healing oils, thousands of years, anyone with common sense would realize that all oils were cold-pressed before modern machinery was in place.

All seeds are fundamentally altered when heated beyond about 112 degrees, according to Howell though some people will use a lower number.

Looks like the expert needs to do some more research!!!!!!!
