Also, would you advise me to eat more calories to put on weight or to just do the urine fast ?
Because I consumed 2500 calories a day for a couple of months and didn't put on weight, but I have done some research and it seems that some people like me on the internet consumed 4000 calories and eventually gained weight, would you recommend this or the urine fast ?
I am thinking that the urine fast would be better because it will clean my body meaning more efficient absorption of food ? And I have a feeling that the calorie system is myth promoted by the food companies who just want people to buy food.
