HELP! Are my parasite cleanse die off reactions normal?

Hello guys. So, I've been doing Dr Clark's parasite Cleanse and also taking the Lufenuron but I'm having weird die off symptoms like extremely bloating (so extreme that my jeans don't fit me anymore) and and extremely mucus production, cough and sinus 24h a day so fu of mucus. Is this normal? Is this a sign that the treatment is working?
I'm afraid it might be something I'm eating (80% meals are vegetables, no fruitas only avocados, no meat, no dairy, no eggs and 20% lentils, chickpeas or glutenfree grains, no sugar...) but I can't think of what! I feel so sick, so defenseless... Help!!!
