...learning alot through your post - I'm aware your post was 3y ago. I'm currently on a long fast, the 11th day ... Since 2013, I have fasted 20 days once a year... This time, going for the long haul, e.g. 30-35 days... Will see what the body says... Re-feeding I found was also an extremely important iteration of the fast... Could someone tell me if yogourt, kefir (homemade w goat milk), a mix of organic hemp/chia/buckwheat seeds, Celery seeds, red grapes, piece of apple golden delicious, pumpkin seeds, ground flax, would be ok? Or should I stick to bone broth?...
Many thanks to anyone that can advise here...
P.S. Tena Cious, I can indeed relate to your genuine posts about the journey you are on, and still staying with this ship for the entire trip... Hope all is well... Curezone has indeed been a beacon for me too... Gizillion thanks to all...
