I dont need brush or exfoliate lips everyday as you say, there is nothing to brush or exfoliate, I soak them because I am worried this being yeast the culprit is beneath the now smooth pink skin and when I am ready I will discontinue that.
Soaking them is no more difficult than brushing ones teeth.
