Horse Health Ivermectin Paste is excellent for facial application. It is not a messy jelly as are some other brands. You need to mix about 1/2 and 1/2 with a cream or lotion of your choice because it is 1.87%, whereas, Rx Soolantra is 1%. I doubt an ivermectin-based shampoo would be particularly effective because it would not have contact for a long enough time. Applying the paste directly to the scalp at night might work although I have not tried this (yet). Tweet
