Please help me with tapering off hydrocortisol. All adice is greatly appreciated.

I have been taking 30mg of hydrocortisol for about only ten days. Today I feel much anxiety and can tell I will have a very hard time sleeping tonight-insomnia. I must get off this stuff. I feel horrible. I know I have to taper off even though it has only been ten day. I have very weak adrenals which is why i started. But now I want OFF. Can I taper down 5mg every two weeks and be OK.
