Re: Pinworms are back, please help!

This is what I did to rid myself of PINWORMS. Please use your own discretion. I'm not a person with medical knowledge. I'm not advising only giving you what seemed to work for me.

Hi my name is Karen or KJC01. I had pinworms. I did ICU's protocol for a few cycles and still had them. One night I decided something drastic. I disinfected my tweezers, washed my hands, got paper towels, a small flashlight and my reading glasses and decided to pull them out of my nose.

I had them throughout my scalp and they would leave occasionally and travel through my body and into my nose.

Pinworms are distinctive. If you have them in your nose, all you have to do is look up your nose in a magnifying mirror and flashlight or reading glasses (if you use them) and you can see the grayish-silver worm hanging from the inside of your nose.

Daily for about 3 weeks I carefully plucked them out. I'd bring a kit (tweezer, glasses, alcohol, paper towels) with me wherever I went bcoz whenever I had an itch or movement from the pinworm I had to be able to pluck it right away. Daily I did this. My nose hairs are black/dk. brown so it wasn't too difficult to detect them and pluck them. There were a few times where I wasn't sure or couldn't get to the worm so I plucked the hairs and the worm. Yes, plucking is a teeny painful if its a hair, but having pinworms far outweighs that discomfort.

The pinworms would gather in my nose, so whether they traveled to my scalp or body, they would always end up at some point in my nose so I was able to pluck them out while still using ICU's roundworm/pinworm protocol.

She/he recommends Ivermectin once weekly for maintenance according to your weight.

It's been 5 months since I eradicated/plucked pinworms and haven't had any pop up yet.

Be sure to be sterile and also keep your bathroom counter space and floors clean and disinfected. I'd tape a new plastic bag over the counter and place paper towels over it just in case. Afterwards, I'd clean and disinfect the counter and floor, and clean that area well. I made no mess when plucking but you want to be as careful as possible.

You want no nasal infection so do take the Doxycycline and the Sulfa Antibiotic as I did while still using sterile precautions. I had no nasal bleeding nor infections only a little discomfort from plucking. Gods health!
