Thank you everyone for the info. I think my problem may have been I ran out of maple syrup and was just using the lemon juice and the cayenne for two days with no maple syrup. Today I bought some maple syrup and made about three drinks with it but it may have been to late and my body may have become to toxic from the days I had not been using the maple syrup. I tried molasses but it is horrible I would rather drink 1000 swf than drink the lemonade with molasses in it yuck. I will have to remember next time to keep a lot of Maple syrup on hand becuase I have to drive 50 miles to buy the stuff.
