I have done your sludge removal protocol and double flush but had better results with the double flush.

Thanks for the tips on ground turmeric and fresh ginger root juice.

I have also felt OK physically during my flush's. Except a few fleeting moments where I would have a panic flash, or almost a drowning like sensation.

One question for you if I may Telman..

Do you use a zapper, or how do you feel about them?
