Re: Telman's 20th flush (Fibromyalgia Gone)

It is very difficult to answer this question because there are many more factors than just the Fibromyalgia. The symptom of Fibromyalgia changed me from being very active to sedentary. This sedentary lifestyle in it self makes matters worse. The
Liver Flushing protocol together with some life changes like improving my diet has given me the incentive to start exercising. Initially this was very difficult and painful but today it is much easier and the muscles are becoming stronger. I carry out a stretch routine every day and take time to relax. I am also drug free. I carry a spinal injury caused by disc problems and a botched operation which resulted in chronic pain and I consumed pain killers for many years.
All the changes that I have made flushing, exercise and diet have given me a major improvement which is still continuing. I guess that most of the symptoms will diminish by varying degrees but I am sure some issues will continue and that I will always have to be careful to some degree.
I am convinced from what I have research that in time the blood, liver and digestion will become balanced with an efficient flow of nutrients into the blood and an effective disposal of unwanted chemicals. I would think that the cleansing of the liver takes about 6 month from when it becomes decongested. This can occur before the gallbladder finally gives up its last stones. When that finally occurs and providing I eat foods that ensure the expulsion of cholesterol in the bile and nourishes the liver the blood will be at its best.
