I've used a Waterpik with a Grossan Adapter for nearly a decade now - works really well!, so I highly recommend it. The machine wears out after a year or so, (sometimes after only half a year) - then you just buy another. (I think all that salt is bad for it.) Also, it helps to rinse the machine out with a quart of warm water after use, to get all that salt out of there. Tweet
