Re: Who has experienced autolysis?
Kmg4,
I agree that your diet is good and you probably do moderate exercises. I must say I have always been puzzled by your case and either one of your conditions not changing, your BP and the kidney cyst. I am not in favor of cutting parts of our body, but I respect your decision if you go that route. One of our posters, Rawrnr did remove her cyst through an operation and is very happy.
I love Dr. Tennant, mentioned by Vairagi. He has a unique approach to understand human body and diseases. He also proves some of Indian Yogic beliefs of Chakras with actual
Science experiments. Watch his videos on YouTube.
I would like to let you know that my cyst has gone down considerably with diet change. Caffeine is one of the things feeding my cyst. I used to drink two to three cups of black teas with milk everyday. Then when I decided to be totally vegan and not have milk but add nut milks, I felt that the cyst was shrinking but could not prove it. Then I decided to stop tea totally. In last six months my cyst has shrunk a lot. I have not had a Sonogram done yet, but will soon.
The other contributing factor could be that I am eating more fats than carbs which has solved my weight gain issue, I gained weight so easily and learned that fats actually make you lose weight and keep it steady.
Lastly, for a few weeks I have been experimenting with magnesium chloride, twice a day to see if that has any effects on my cyst. Read articles by Dr. Sircus about magnesium chloride.
Take care.
