Parasite Identification

I passed about 10 unknown parasites this afternoon. They were black, had a split tail that came to thin points, about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long and they had "freakin'" fins, for God Sakes! I am Very alarmed! I am not able to identify what they would be and I am very concerned they have families!! I also do not take to eating gold fish or their likenesses!! I started on Chinese herbs for liver, spleen, and gastric support exactly one month ago. The past week and a half my stomach has hurt every evening to where it would keep me awake. I do not eat, grains, milk products, or sugar. I have 2 dogs and chickens, traveled to Japan with in the year. I will try to post picture.
