Ecclesiastes, not one upright woman?

What's your thoughts?
Solomon trips me up here.
Was he surrounded by that many bad wives, or just in a position where he could meet no women who cared about righteousness?
 He's lamenting the state of men and women. 
Does that mean there are not upright women..?
