A member has informed me that the cause of my inability to grow skin on my nose may be the result of a liver malfunction. Since my topical applications have not grown skin on my nose, it does appear to me that the cause is internal and not external. I have been taking the supplements recommended by this member and will keep everyone updated regarding my progress.
