Heal Gut Dysbiosis
Remove the gunk and repopulate with probiotics.

Hemolysis is rather serious, it's good that you took care of it but I suspect there will be clues if you dig deeper in the cause of the hemolysis...

Lectins?
Incorrect diet?
G6pd enzyme deficiency?
Low stomach acid?

Try some apple cider vinegar to bring stomach acid up.
