I did a double flush and expelled almost a cup of chaff and stones in the morning. I only slept 3 hours. Had itchy hands and a bad headache until the afternoon.

What was memorable, was after I drank my second OO (Olive-Oil) and GJ at 1:30 a.m. I laid down only to get allot of pain. So I drank more ES which didn't seem to help until I put a electric massager on the gallbladder area.

All the pain disappeared. Like it shook the sludge free. I'm still pain free except some mid chest pressure. And I'm looking forward to another good productive flush in a few weeks.
