Re: High fat diet before the flush?
I have never had a weight issue. Many people have asked me "where do you put it" when they watch me eat half a pizza and see how trim I am. It was probably a curse as felt bullet proof and smoked and drank as well. I'm now 51 and still have very little body fat. But within the last 8 years (Iv quit all bad habits in the last 2 since my toxic marriage/divorce) can maybe pinch a
inch or two and also have a little gut protrusion/extension going on. It feels like my digestion process is slowing lately with more bloating. I also have some abdominal pressure when I sit for the last few years. It started in the center and slowly moved to the RUQ. Now I sometimes feel pressure on the left under my ribs, so depending on the day, in one place of the other, but never all three and only when I sit. My doctors cant tell me anything as Iv been through the ringer with ALL the tests. I did have hemolytic anemia, but it has resolved. The latest.. "He continues to have mild, asymptomatic thrombocytopenia. Etiology unclear, likely immune thrombocytopenia but labs are stable. We will continue to monitor." That was a year ago and then I lost my health insurance when I forgot to choose and sign for a new plan as my free plan was ended.
So my bullet proof days are over and hopefully its not to late for me to resolve my abdominal pressure/pain with more flush's. I was a little skeptical about liver flush's. But after reading the third section down..
http://www.aafp.org/afp/1998/0215/p785.html I'm convinced they do work.
Thanks for listening.
