I think sometimes folks try to find the path of least resistance to get the desired results.
MC is a start... not an end all be all.
I've been eating "right" and exercising regularly for at least 13 years. I am about one step away from becoming certified as a personal trainer and I have yet to see someone stay healthy and fit by fasting only. You have to stay away from the stuff that makes you unhealthy, period. It takes dedication...you learn how to get there if you really want to. And don't think you can eat that KFC, work out and that cuts it either...defeats the purpose.
Half the folks who have seen me fast and tried it have failed because their mindset was not in the right place...it's cleansing->eat better+exercise. Usually when this does not give folks the results they want they usually move on to the next thing out there, always avoiding the real solution to the situation.
Maybe we should start an exercise forum on here so the whole process comes together.
