But don't waste a good fast for nothing! Use it as a start of your Elimination-Rotation Diet .
After the fast, include just one new food item per day in your diet and watch for any change in your symptoms.
If you do get any negative symptoms, place that food item on the "avoid list" and re-try it again in a few months.
It doesn't matter if it is fruit, or vegetable or whatever else, just listen to your body and forget anything you ever read about what is healthy and what is not healthy!
