Thanks again for taking to time to give me more guidance, it really means a lot and I take everything on board!

The ingredients for the P&B shakes are quite affordable so I think I'm gonna go for it ASAP, I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

My gut feeling tells me that this candida has caused me 3 years of suffering in some form so I'm willing to do whatever it takes.

Hearing people's stories gives me that extra little bit of motivation.
