Re: Die off or something else?
Heya Rossy,
It is indeed my pleasure to respond! =D It feels good to be able to pass on some useful information that can help.
You are going to have a lot of difficult times ahead as many of us do adhering to such a strict regime that is so different from our pre-enlightened lives before we know what junk food and
Antibiotics can do to us! Just do your best to stay strong and positive through it and continue reminding yourself what you are in it for: your life and health!
I find that when things get difficult sometimes I like to go over forum posts of people who have recovered after major battles with health, such as the story of the man whose protocol I followed and linked to you previously.
Those kind of stories really motivate me when I feel those urges coming on. I have not only learned to resist those urges, but to actually ENJOY SAYING NO!!! Once you feel like you regain power over something that has been beating you up for so long, you get a sense of confidence and peace that is so refreshing.
I am sure you can and will beat this thing. You're doing the right thing by coming here for support.
One other thing I didn't mention in my previous post that seems like many people have had real success with as far as cleaning out their bowels are things known as P&B shakes(psyllium husks and
Bentonite clay). You may want to take a gander over at the 'Bowel Cleanse' forums as that is where you will find them. In case you want a quick link for a short definition I will post one here for you =D

I personally have not tried them, but am thinking of doing a
Bowel Cleanse with P&B shakes soon, followed by a liver flush. Best wishes!
