Your description is right on what I have experienced, as of lately it is diminishing. but still I get these twitches in right leg mainly.. although sometimes even other muscles it appears are randomly firing..
I've labelled it "energy" and I believe I need to get it out,
out with it! make room for healing, Father-son-holy spirit...
