True help for lupus rash- fluocinonide cream .o5%. I had to tell my doctor about it after doing extensive research. Found a medical journal abstract that reported it is effective in many, not all, cases. It completely controlled my lupus rash for awhile. Not a cure all, but more effective than anything else. Many docs don't know so you have to educate to get a prescription. Tweet
