The yellowish looking ones look like flukes. Small flukes. The red ones may be parts of a worm or small worms. I had something similar.
Here are a couple of photos of a large worm and a small worm along with a full size fluke.

I did an extensive protocol for months to get rid of these worms and flukes and a few unidentified things. I could never identify them. I am apparently a freak of nature and expel the critters without digesting them. Parasitologists identify parasites from their eggs as full sized examples are very rare. I believe partly because few people go digging around in their stools. You get used to it.

Getting rid of parasites is a do it yourself project. Unless you can find a knowledgeable Naturopath, most doctors are a waste of time and money.
