Need help identifying these parasites

Hi everyone,

I've been having a lot of issues over the last year or so. I can give everyone my large list of symptoms if they would like.

This is what came out of me today after taking 1 teaspoon of 100% Pure gum spirits of Turpentine mixed with 3 tablespoons of organic ozonated castor oil.
