Re: Post-liver flush results and questions.
Hi Janzy,
I'd make sure everything's moving regularly before you do a flush. Enemas are good for this, I like Cleansemore as well.
Since my first very successful
Liver Flush and no stones on the second (which I'm still thinking was good in that it cleared out other stuff and hopefully is prepping for more stones to be released in the future), I've been reading everything I can and doing lots of
coffee enemas with protocols to try to get stones to come out. I've found several on CZ.
I also read that lots of people have reported
parasites blocking
liver stones , so I thought I should
parasite cleanse. I bought a kit yesterday (Renew Life Paragone) and by this morning, I had wiggling movement and one obvious
parasite worm and I think lots of liver flukes. I think I've been getting lots of liver flukes all along, without a microscope, I'm not completely sure.
I've also been using a vibrating massager (just bought a percussion one to see if that will work better) because lots of people report more stones loosening with those.
I have continued with the heating pad and castor oil packs.
I'm continuing with 3 apples and apple juice and ACV every day.
