I was just reading on Curezone about Liver Flushing and came across this post:

"I think they say take 1000 mgs of malic acid every day before a week before a flush. I don't do that. I take 2000 every day for two weeks before the flush and I have great flushes every time sine I started doing that. I take the powdered capsuls"

So malic acid has been successful for some people - maybe the girl I read about didn't take nearly enough.

I've also been reading that people have gotten more stones using handheld massagers and a few people did jumping jacks or used a mini trampoline.
