ODD symptoms..looking for advice.

Hi.
I seem to be a complicated case. Back in early January, 2012 I started getting side pain, under the ribs. I had a HIDA scan which was negative. I already had acid reflux off and on and after a scope was also diagnosed with a small hiatal hernia. Then, my grandmother died end of January. Two weeks after her death, I started getting stabbing pain in my foot. Then the same pain went to my hand, then the other hand, then down to the other foot. Oddly, the pain is in the exact same spot in feet and hands...that is, about an inch or so up from the base of fingers or toes, between the bones of the 3rd and 4th digits...on the back of the hand or top of the foot. Things that seem to make this worse: certain foods like hot/spicy if eaten too frequently. Supplemental calcium, vegetables like Kale, spinach, califlower, broccoli, etc (most vegetables actually) although I seem to handle dairy products okay. Significant anxiety.Alcohol (although for some reason, I was able to consume a Philippino beer while in the Philippines. Sometimes, it seems to come out of nowhere. Sometimes the pain is a shooting type. Along with those symptoms I can get crampy like muscles (yep, have tried bananas) teeth pain.
The other symptoms I have is itching, especially of beard and scalp. Was diagnosed with Seborrhic dermatitis. What is significant between the pains in hands and sometimes feet, is that the itching often precedes the pain and sometimes, the pain will precede the itching. Usually though, the itching precedes the pain. If I try to treat the SD with Nizoral shampoo, the pain in my hands will become very significant. Things that seem to start up the itching. Any type of potato chip. Fried chicken from local store. Raman noodles (I eat them dry and sprinkle the flavor packet on them). I cannot remember if this causes itching or pain...but using sea-salt seems to bring on symptoms.
Also, even if I am not having any itching or pain, if I try to work on my gut health at all...eg: take probiotics, herbal remedies, homeopathic remedy Aquaflora...the hand pain/foot pain comes back with a vengeance. Even in tiny amounts. In fact, tried to do a probiotic retention enema the other night with a very tiny amount of probiotic...I am itching like crazy and have the hand and foot pain back. (I'd done these same enemas a couple times before about a month ago after having been on Antibiotics for about 3 weeks total (due to re-occuring strep throat) with good results actually (my stools were formed for the first time in a very very long time) and I was not having and hand/foot pain or itching (I'd also been on a diet because of tonsillectomy of puddings, popsicles, mac and cheese, scrambled eggs). I was still having my headaches though (diagnosed as migraines but they are not migraine-like...more like tension with tight suboccipital muscles. Forward head posture likely doesn't help, but am working on that.)
Along with the pain in hands/feet and itching, I am now getting the side pain back. It is on the side and even a little to the back.
I've tried gluten and wheat free diets. Rotation diets. Tried to avoid nightshades but would have them once in a while...sometimes without problems, sometimes not. Right now..I am avoiding them ALL, even potatoes SIGH.
I've had tests upon tests. MRIs. Genova stool test results did not show any significant Candida but did show some IgA, inflamation, and whacked out bacteria counts...leading to a diagnosis of SIBO. An alternate thyroid specialist noted that my pupils constrict when he shined the light in them but re-dialated when he kept the light there. I was started on Selenium (had been tested as deficient in that some years ago)..but I could not tolerate the Natural desiccated thyroid...caused jitters and anxiety. So tried to focus on adrenals but just doing some nutrients to begin with. However, I pretty much stopped them all when I got my tonsillectomy. Plus, I was SOOO fatigued, and I didn't know if it was one of the vitamins. I still am very tired quite often, even not on the vitamins.
Other symptoms: Late fall of 2014, I started having significant pain around my eyes, easily fatigued to the point where I couldn't use my computer. Then the headaches started in April/May of 2015, photophobia off and on. More neurologist appointments (which is where I got the IMO...questionable Migraine diagnosis) Like I said, they act like Tension headache. The pain usually starts at the base of my skull and will sometimes wind up including my eyes. Sometimes, I will get the eye pain first and then the base of skull headache. Tense neck muscles. Yes, have tried Magnesium and sometimes it seems to help, but not always..and sometimes, it seems to cause burning type pains to occur on other parts of my legs or arms.

My biggest question...since a lot of this seems to relate to my guts or liver (I had an accupuncturist tell me my liver was very congested or not working properly) or gall bladder, I have been considering doing a liver flush. Do these symptoms seem to indicate a problem in that area? Anyone else had the same symptoms? If yes, what type of Liver Flush to do? Would I have to use Epsom Salts or can I use Magnesium citrate? Would Mag. citrate also dialate the bile ducts and cleanse the colon like the Mag. Sulfate in Epsom Salts ? Since I have a lot of adverse effects from different things, medicines, etc... I'd like to use the Mag. Citrate...because I finally found that I usually can take that no problem (can't be said for other forms) But, I admit I'm more scared to do the flush (if y'all think it is what might be needed...before I attack my SIBO)

Meds I am on: Lexapro 13 mg/day (compounded to that mg because if I take less or more than that...the symptoms get worse). Also, .25 mg Xanax/day...down from...a LOT more than that a year ago). So...W/D, tolerance, may complicate the picture even further. :(

OR, if anyone picked up any other clues as to what I should be looking at, ideas on causes, etc, would love to hear other opinions.

Thank you
