I suggest you take several actions at once, and one of these actions is very likely to cure your strange symptoms. There are 2 major deficiencies that cause a pandoras box of unrelated disease.

1) Vitamin D3 Gelcaps made with olive oil treats nearly 100 diseases. Take 10,000 IU daily for 3 months then get your blood tested and adjust dosage to get your blood reading up to 70-80 ng/ml.
