Hi
2 weeks back i took doctor's best digestive enzymes which unfortunately contain the stupid bacteria Bacillus subtilis.
I took this for two days - 2 pills
Ever since i have been feeling ill. Bit difficult using the toilet and while on the toilet i feel it is not the same like i used too.
I am afraid the bacillus subtilis may have destroyed my gut or disrupted my gut flora to the point i cannot eat yogurt i could last time.
What should i do now?
