What makes you believe that anything is necessary? I really do not think that two capsules of bacillus subtilis would of had a significant effect on your colon flora. It takes a hellava lot to upset the colon flora and I find it hard to believe that two capsules could of had any significant effect.
Are you aware of GAPS? That is an example of how much effort it can take to change the human colon flora. A very restricted diet, intensive probiotic supplementation and a lot of time. Two capsules will not have much impact, it really won't! If two capsules destroyed a biofilm I would have some ordered right away. BS just is not that strong. I wish it was but it isn't.
Women seem to like to preserve the past even when it is harmful and unproductive! It's as if they have to preserve the microbiome which is past from mother to child. It's like "this was given to me by my mother and I must preserve it". I do suggest that you read that book as it will give you a greater understanding of how it all works. I found it fascinating and very revealing. Women and change are not great bedfellows. I know women who have persisted with very unfulfilling lifestyles and yet they will not do anything to correct it. So nothing improves for them. It's sad really. They need change but will not do it.
Prescription Assist is stronger but even that will not do all that much among trillions of other bacteria. It's just a drop in the ocean.
You could take fermented food. I do like yoghurt but there are many different forms of fermented food which you can choose from and they are far cheaper than buying expensive probiotics but they do take a little time to prepare. You can culture any bacteria, even from probiotic capsules which can keep the costs down. All they need is food and the correct temperatures.
Some ideas for fermented foods can be found in the following forum:
