Learning Disabilities

My 10 year old son has ADHD, dyslexia, auditory processing disorder and retained reflexes. He also had a nasal speech disorder that was fixed by therapy over the last few years. I know there is a root to these in the brain and that they have to be connected somehow. He is a genius with puzzles and sees his world in 3D (loves making sculptures and I have to lock up my recycling lol) That being said, I know there has to be a way to help him learn to read while fostering his unique abilities. I also want to make sure he gets the best opportunity in life to heal anything that is holding him back. I know I need to start with a parasite cleanse and get the healthy bacteria back in his gut, what else is there that I could be missing? His working memory IQ is low but all other areas are normal- above average. He is reading at a 1st grade level and entering 5th next fall.
