Please have a look at thewholedotnet and see if it speaks to you, in any case do not let what any doctor or therapist says he can't do, determine the limits, at most the expectations.

Society is made to expect everything from everyone and judges by the weakest side, I am sure there are more beautiful people than there are concept social corsets they want us to fit in to be accepted.
