Re: What colon cleanse is sufficient before a liver flush?

Kmg4,

There are many people following Dr. Clark's protocol in many countries. That would mean all of them are not clearing their toxins. I know that she would have never missed any part in such a simple protocol. Once only water gushes out in the BMs after the flush, you can rest assure that your colon is clean.

In Dr. Clark protocol you are taking two doses of Epsom Salt next morning, that is enough. If you are not certain that your colon is clean, do an enema or Vitamin C flush afterwards.

I am planning another Liver-Flush next weekend, I will post my result on Liver-Flush forum.

I know Andreas Moritz 's protocol and have exchanged emails with him many years ago. I respect him, but I think taking two doses of ES is sufficient after the flush. ES is powerful stuff, that is why you cannot take too much of it. Same rule applies to Mg-Citrate.
