Archus told me in a PM a couple of months ago specifically not to use Sea Salt for this. But it appears he said Mg Citrate would be sufficient. I did one flush that way, but now I am concerned that a more elaborate Colon Cleanse is needed.

I wonder of psy+bentonite for a couple of days will work.
