What colon cleanse is sufficient before a liver flush?

I thought I was doing the right thing, but all I did was the Mg Citrate right before and after the oo+grapefruit juice.

Do I have to do a more elaborate Colon Cleanse before and after the flush? Or is Mg Citrate sufficient?

Over here, Andreas Moritz says that MG Citrate alone is NOT a sufficient colon cleanse, and a colonic is needed...
